REAL FEEDBACK FROM SAIGONEERS WE’VE HELPED

"I lived in one of Scott's Saigon Pads for close to two years. He took care of all the bills, resident book, and visa stuff for me. I will miss this kind of service when I go to Japan."

CHRIS GIBBS

"Scott hooked me up with a great place to stay and helped me get a good teaching job. Saigon Pads two thumbs up."

LAUREN HASKINS

"It's rare to get western service in this part of the world. I still live in a Saigon Pad and recommend it to anyone who wants a hassle free living experience."

NICK WALDMAN

"Scott and Nhai rock! They let me stay on their couch for free when I got here, helped me get a job at UEC, and found me a sweet place in a penthouse."

ALENKA

"I've never stayed at one of Scott's pads, but just wanted to share that he hooked me up with $500 / mo worth of private students when I lost my job here and needed fast cash. Life savor, man."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind of support do you offer?

We provide 24 hour support for every tenant that lives in our expat pads. We take care of everything from your resident book, to dealing with police (if necessary), to paying the utilities on time... we can even give you leads on teaching related work or activities you may wish to get involved with.

Bottom line: We're here for you!

How does the billing work?

Rent and utilities are paid at one time each month, so you don't have to worry about who to pay when. Easy Peasy.

How are utilities divided?

Utilities are split evenly between rooms. Should a room have more than one tenant in it they pay slightly more to make it fair for all the housemates.

Note: We provide original receipts of all utility bills each month should a tenant wish to verify.

What is the cost of the monthly utilities?

The maid service is included already, but as far as water, trash, internet, drinking water, etc. around $35 assuming reasonable electric usage. The price per kilowatt is very low in this neighborhood - less than half of what you'd pay at an apartment complex. Your room has a meter so you only pay for what you use!

Who will I be living with?

Most tenants are International English speaking expats that are either working or living in Saigon.

We screen for weirdos, so you're always safe when you live with us.

How much to move in?

First month's rent and a deposit of equal value.

What is the length of stay?

You're free to come and go as you please, but we require a minimum of a 3 months stay.

Where is it located?

Most of our houses are in District 7. The City Center in District 1 is 10 minutes away and downtown Phu My Hung is about 7 minutes by motorbike.
