Below your floor there are rooms with other expats, all English speaking in their 20s to 30s. They have their own kitchen and living room separate from yours. You are free to join with them or retreat to your private getaway!
Common areas include a huge kitchen, big living room, and outdoor patio space for throwing BBQs or social events. The house is gated with tons of motorbike space.
District 1 is about 10 minutes away. Phu My Hung is about 6 minutes away. Great location for commuters and those who like a place to retreat that isn’t buzzing all through the night.
