You’ll enjoy having breakfast on your private balcony while watching the neighborhood come to life in the morning. It won’t be noisy, but you’ll be just a shout away from the action should you choose to engage!
Your housemates come from all over the world. They’re American, Korean, Russian, English, and Dutch. All are young professionals who enjoy spending time together when they’re not at work.
The room has a private balcony, patio furniture, and a private bathroom. It comes furnished with a closet, desk, chair, aircon unit, bed and mattress.
The room is $250 / mo which includes maid service 3x per week, so you won’t have to do any laundry or cleaning.
Common areas include a huge kitchen, big living room, and outdoor patio space for throwing BBQs or social events. The house is gated with tons of motorbike space.
District 1 is about 10 minutes away. Phu My Hung is about 6 minutes away. Great location for commuters and those who like a place to retreat that isn’t buzzing all through the night.
