Enjoy peace and quite that’s not more than a shout from the action. Your housemates are currently from Holland, England, America, Korea, and Russia, and they like to go out on the town together, so hopefully you’re up for a fun social experience.
This room comes furnished with a closet, desk, chair, aircon unit, bed and mattress. You share a bathroom with one other housemate who is clean and easy to get along with.
The room is $150 per mo which includes maid service 3x per week, so you won’t have to do any laundry or cleaning.
Common areas include a huge kitchen, big living room, and outdoor patio space for throwing BBQs or social events. The house is gated with tons of motorbike space.
District 1 is about 10 minutes away. Phu My Hung is about 6 minutes away. Great location for commuters and those who like a place to retreat that isn’t buzzing all through the night.
